DMCA Takedown Requests

If you are the copyright owner or authorized representative and believe that content on CreatorRated infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.

What to Include in Your Notice

Your DMCA notice must include:

• Your name and contact information
• Description of the copyrighted work (with URL if possible)
• Description of the infringing material on CreatorRated
• Explanation of why you believe it infringes your rights
• Statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
• Your physical or electronic signature
• Statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder

Creator Profile Takedown

If you are an OnlyFans creator and want your profile removed from CreatorRated, you can request removal without needing to file a DMCA notice.

How to Submit a Request

Send your DMCA notice or removal request to: anyro@sirency.com

Include "DMCA Notice" or "Removal Request" in the subject line.

Response Process

CreatorRated will review your request within 5 business days. If the request is valid, we will:

• Remove the infringing content
• Notify the relevant creator (if applicable)
• Provide confirmation of removal to you

Disputes

If you believe a takedown request was made in error, you may submit a counter-notice explaining why the content should not be removed.

Repeat Infringers

CreatorRated will terminate accounts or access for users who repeatedly submit fraudulent DMCA notices.
